"I've been with State Farm especially Mitch's office for 4 years maybe longer! I've never had an issue, he was super helpful on getting me the best bundle. Trisha was super helpful with explaining my policy update when I bought a new car recently. She even helped me so I could pay up my renters insurance. I live in Eastern Oregon and I still rely on Mitch and his crew at State Farm to help me out no matter how far I am. To me that's how you keep a loyal customer. I highly recommend going in and seeing what they can do to help you! I promise you won't regret it."

"We’ve trusted Mitch Ratzlaff’s State Farm office with all of our insurance policies for years, and they’ve always been wonderful to work with. The team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. They recently made adding our daughter as a new driver quick and easy and helped us take advantage of available discounts through their safe driving program.
